Quality policy

PRC CONGRESS & TRAVEL has established and implements a Quality Management System (QMS) in full alignment with the requirements of the international standard ΕΝ ISO 9001:2015 (Amd. 1:2024).

The QMS constitutes an essential and integral component of the company's daily operations, ensuring the orderly, consistent, and effective functioning of all processes. It supports the strategic direction of the organization and contributes to the fulfilment of its mission.

Top Management and all employees of PRC CONGRESS & TRAVEL are fully committed to delivering services of the highest standard, with particular emphasis on systematic identification, understanding, and fulfilment of client needs and expectations. The company provides conference and travel services with professionalism, reliability, safety, and respect for the customer, while ensuring full compliance with all applicable requirements and pursuing the continuous improvement of the Quality Management System.

Recognizing the critical importance of environmental sustainability, PRC CONGRESS & TRAVEL is committed to minimizing the environmental footprint of its activities and contributing to climate change mitigation. Environmentally responsible practices are integrated into the planning and execution of conferences and travel services, ensuring that service quality is aligned with environmental stewardship.

In accordance with Amendment Amd. 1:2024, the company further commits to embedding sustainable practices within its operations and across its value chain (suppliers/providers), adopting — where feasible — solutions that reduce environmental impact, such as the use of electronic documentation, the limitation of printed materials, and the selection of partners with demonstrable environmental performance.

 

Quality Objectives

To ensure the ongoing effectiveness of the Quality Management System, PRC CONGRESS & TRAVEL establishes measurable quality objectives, which are systematically monitored and reviewed. These objectives focus, inter alia, on the following areas:

  • Customer Focus: comprehensive understanding of requirements; timely and accurate service delivery.
  • Leadership & Employee Engagement: clearly defined roles and responsibilities; competence development and training.
  • Risk & Opportunity Management: proactive approach to quality, cost, time, and environmental considerations.
  • Documentation & Traceability: accurate records, controlled documentation, and measurable KPIs.
  • Continuous Improvement: systematic evaluation of complaints, feedback, and performance indicators.
    • Reduction of unnecessary expenditures to ensure optimal resource utilization.
    • Supplier and subcontractor evaluation and control.
    • Expansion of the client base.
    • Effectiveness of QMS related actions.
    • Compliance with all applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

 

Management Commitment

To achieve its strategic objectives, Top Management of PRC CONGRESS & TRAVEL δεσμεύεται formally commits to:

  • Ensuring the implementation and continual maintenance of the Quality Management System in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 (Amd. 1:2024) and all other applicable legal, regulatory, and contractual requirements.
  • Promoting and supporting the continuous improvement of the Quality Management System, thereby enhancing the effectiveness, efficiency, and value of the services provided.
  • Embedding the company's sustainability principles into its operations by adopting — where feasible — environmentally responsible solutions, including the use of electronic documents (e docs), the reduction of printed materials, and collaboration with Greek suppliers demonstrating verified environmental performance.

 

Communication & Review

This Policy constitutes a reference framework for the establishment and review of quality objectives. It is communicated to all personnel (via intranet / email) and made available to external stakeholders upon request via email. It will also be published on the company's official website.

The Quality Policy is reviewed periodically and revised whenever deemed necessary to ensure its continued suitability and effectiveness.
